What is the History of TnJPoetry, Inc?
TnJPoetry, Inc was founded by author, Timea Csonka Frye in 2004, as a website for
individuals to post their poetry for free. She was not convinced that this was all she can
provide for her fellow poets. As an author and a poet, Timea researched her surrounding
community for a place where a young poet had the opportunity to be acknowledged. She
found that a place such as this was non-existent. Timea's vision gave a new life to
TnJPoetry, Inc in 2005. Now as a non-profit organization, with three members of the
board, and several helpful volunteers, TnJPoetry, Inc is providing yearly poetry contest for
all ages, with an inspirational and educational environment to those who are willing to share
their thoughts. This competition allows nationwide communities, such as but not limited to;
Religious Schools, Private Schools, Boys and Girls Clubs, Special Needs
Schools/Classes/Communities, Special Olympics Community, Elderly or Veteran
Communities to compete for TnJPoetry's trophies as a School, Class, Community or as
Individuals.
In 2007 TnJPoetry, Inc has reached poets nation and worldwide!
What does TnJPoetry, Inc provide?
TnJPoetry, Inc is a non-profit organization that provides poetry contests worldwide, for all ages to
include the special needs communities. Also provided by TnJPoetry, Inc are worldwide talent
contests to showcase the talents of upcoming poets, singers, songwriters, spoken word artists,
dancers and bands.
Our organization is here to motivate young artists to strive to become #1, in everything they set out
to accomplish in life. We are here to showcase their talents and voices to the world and our goals
do not stop there! TnJPoetry, Inc provides backpacks and school supplies to students all over the
world and we are striving to contribute much more in the near future. Our ambition is to send
children who live in poverty to school. We understand that this is our cause, but it takes a village
to raise a child! Therefore, we need your help to mold the future of humanity. In the 21st
century there are many countries that are still lacking simple modern essentials such as clean
water, indoor plumbing, electricity and everyday necessities that we take for granted. These
necessities include schools for the young who will eventually become our leaders of tomorrow.
With the chaos around the world, global warming, food shortages and lack of education, we are
responsible to educate the young so when we perish they will have the basic necessities and
knowledge to continue making changes to benefit the survival of humanity. One child can make a
world of difference, ONE VERSE AT A TIME! Please help our cause and make a donation.
Your Donations will make our Goals Possible!
Your helping hand will keep our curtains open for the upcoming years. Your contribution will help
our youth with their traveling expenses, school supplies and prize winnings.
We are also in need of prizes suitable for children of all ages such as; trophies, books, shoes
and school clothes.
Sponsor our yearly TV aired Fundraiser Show and Talent Contest;
"One Verse At A Time! All profits will be provided to children all over the world who live
in poverty and are in need of backpacks, school supplies and nutritions.
Future Goals:
We are also hoping to receive monetary donations to provide musical instruments to those who
are enrolled in a music course and are in need of new instruments.
With your help we would also like to provide cash prizes to our winners to help them with
their school supplies, tuitions and other needs.

Needs of TnJPoetry's Poetry Loft Project:
Building, Office or Reading Room Space! Office Supplies, Laptops/Desktops, TV, Stereo,
Poetry books, Tables, Chairs, Area Rugs, Bean Bags, Toys, Cold Box/Fridge, Handicap
Equipments, snacks, cold beverages and any other supplies you may think we could use to
make the Loft a comfortable and fun environment for our children and young adults.
We also encourage teachers and tutors to come to TnJPoetry's Poetry Loft, to help children
of all ages with writing, reading or with the subject they are struggling with.
